In a new press release from Viz Media, 155 Chapters of Eiichiro Oda’s ONE PIECE manga are available to read for free for a limited-time on Viz Media’s SHONEN JUMP app!
Just in time for the upcoming second season of the One Piece series on Netflix, which premieres on March 10th. Viz Media has unlocked Chapters 1-155 (Which is collected into the first 17 Volumes of the series) for a limited-time on the Shonen Jump app! Allowing Fans and New Readers to read One Piece from the very beginning, right up to the beginning of the Arabasta Arc (also known as the Baroque Works Saga). You can read the chapters now on Viz Media’s Shonen Jump website as well. The promotion ends on April 10th, 2026.


One Piece, written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda, was first serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine in July 1997, and has been ongoing with its chapters compiled in 113 tankōbon volumes as of November 2025, with the 114th volume releasing March 4th. The manga series was licensed for an English language release in North America and the United Kingdom by Viz Media and in Australia by Madman Entertainment. The manga chapters are simultaneously published the same day as in Japan on Viz Media’s Shonen Jump app and Shueisha’s Manga Plus. Since its serialization, the manga has inspired various types of merchandising and media, such as a trading card game and video games. A Television Anime (which is available on Crunchyroll, Netflix, Pluto TV, and Hulu). It also includes numerous animated films, and a live-action TV series adaptation on Netflix since 2023.
