Happy Holidays from your pal at Red’s Nerd Den! This new update is focusing on what will be coming up in what is left of December, leading up to the New Year, which will be the website’s Seventh Anniversary.
Creator Spotlight, a No Show?
As many have noticed, Creator Spotlight did not make a comeback this year, and I do apologize for the lack of coverage on that subject. Due to the slowdown of website posts and updates, this also meant there would be no Creator Spotlight Interviews. While Creator Spotlight is on a brief hiatus, be sure to check out my previous interviews. One thing that will not be included in our spotlight will be AI, sorry, but the main focus of the interview is to celebrate the creator, not the content scraper.
Art
Concerning art updates, that is another portion that has slowed down recently. If you’re new to the site, I decided to bring my artwork into Red’s Nerd Den by introducing Red’s Art Corner, including artwork on the site’s Ko-Fi Page (which is always accepting tips and donations on there, and by PayPal, money donated is always used to improve the website.) Eventually, I would like to take on commissions through the website, but that is still a WIP.
Website Anniversary
The other focus of this update is the website’s Seventh Anniversary. For those who aren’t familiar with how this site first started, it began an hour away from New Year’s Day in 2019 (roughly December 31st, 2018 at 11 pm.) After that, it began quite a learning experience. The Seventh Anniversary will possibly see Red’s Nerd Den finally leap into making YouTube videos, you can add the YouTube channel to your follow list.
