GKIDS streamed a brand-new Dub trailer for Lupin the IIIrd: The Immortal Bloodline, and also released the new dub cast list.
Being weeks ahead of the premiere, GKIDS announced the Dub Cast list for the upcoming film, which is listed below. Lupin the IIIrd: The Immortal Bloodline will be in theaters in the United States on January 4-6.

- Inspector Zenigata– Richard Epcar (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045)
- Muom– Bill Russell (Tuttle Twins)
- Hawk– Ron Allen
- Salifa– Kelsey Jaffer (Zenless Zone Zero, Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, The First Slam Dunk)
- Yael Okuzaki– Blythe Melin (Yu-Gi-Oh!: Go Rush!!, Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact)
When the film was first announced in Japan, it would see the return of the original cast from the previous films and the original staff. Which includes director Takeshi Koike (Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen’s Gravestone, Lupin the IIIrd: Goemon’s Blood Spray, Lupin the IIIrd: Fujiko Mine’s Lie), and he will be directing the film at Telecom Animation Film. Yuya Takashi is returning to write the screenplay. James Shimoji is returning from the three previous films to compose the film’s music, and Katsuhito Ishii is also returning from the three films as a creative adviser. TMS Entertainment is credited with production and writing. The last time there was a 2D animated feature-length film for Lupin III was in 1996 titled Lupin III: Dead or Alive. Since then, the closest thing the franchise has had in theaters was specials such as Lupin the IIIrd: Jigen’s Gravestone, Lupin the IIIrd: Goemon’s Blood Spray, and Lupin the IIIrd: Fujiko Mine’s Lie. The 2019 CG animated film, Lupin III the First, the crossover films consisting of Lupin III vs. Detective Conan from 2013, and the 2019 film, Lupin III vs. Cat’s Eye.

Lupin the 3rd was written and illustrated by Monkey Punch, his manga was inspired by the fictional French gentleman thief Arsène Lupin, created by Maurice Leblanc. Lupin the 3rd was published in Futabasha’s Weekly Manga Action magazine in August 1967 and ran until May 1969, each chapter collected into 14 tankobon volumes. Since its debut, it has inspired a media franchise that included manga spin-offs, seven animated television series, six theatrically-released animated films, two live-action films, twenty-six animated television specials, two musicals, and numerous music CDs and video games. Seven Seas released collected editions of Lupin the 3rd: Greatest Heists (December 2021) and Lupin the 3rd: Thick as Thieves – The Classic Manga Collection (August 2023).

After fending off a series of skilled assassins, gentleman thief Lupin III and his band of allies follow a strange invitation to an uncharted island. When their plane is shot down, the gang is stranded and soon hunted by the island’s inhabitants, past enemies, and a monstrous immortal being known as Muom, who threatens to destroy Lupin’s legacy. As a deadly toxic fog settles over them, Lupin must confront his greatest enemy in his most daring escapade yet.
