Spanish Artist, Juan Albarran Launches New Manga with English Simulpub

Kodansha’s Comic Days app and website launched a new manga by a Spanish Artist named Juan Albarran (Injustice: Gods Among Us Year 2, Injustice 2, Arrow: The Dark Archer) on Monday, titled ‘ A Mangaka’s Journey to Japan.’

It also arrived on Kodansha’s KMANGA app and website, launching as an English Simulpub. This manga chronicles Juan Albarran’s journey from the world of American Comics to working in Japan, leading up to drawing Matagi Gunner, which was published in Kodansha’s Morning Magazine. According to Albarran, each chapter also includes explanations about the inner workings of Japan’s manga industry.
