We’re heading into the final stretch before Superman makes his heroic leap onto the big screen, and the final trailer shines a light on the Man of Steel’s human side and humor (aside from the new jokes regarding Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord and David Corenswet’s Superman being too similar.)
Also, recently on the 10th, Tickets went on sale for Gunn’s new film, including early screening tickets (which also include IMAX screenings) for Amazon Prime members in the U.S (with it helping to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.) If you’re interested in purchasing early release tickets, you’ll have to Join Prime. In other news, DC Japan has also confirmed the voice actors who will be joining the Superman Japanese Dub Cast for Superman, Lois Lane, and Lex Luthor.

- Lex Luthor– Shintarô Asanuma (Kamen Rider GAVV, Mr. Villain’s Day Off, Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger)
- Lois Lane– Atsumi Tanezaki (Spy x Family, The Apothecary Diaries, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End)
- Superman/Clark Kent– Shunsuke Takeuchi (Vinland Saga, Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains, Kaiju No. 8)
This has been described as the DCU’s True Beginning. This is Superman’s first solo film since Zack Snyder’s 2013 film, Man of Steel. A lot is riding on this film due to Warner Bros Discovery’s Superhero film division facing scrutiny due to constant box office flops. Which included its biggest Box Office Flop, The Flash, in which the company lost an estimated $155 million, and Joker: Folie à Deux, which also lost between $150 million to $200 million. The new DCU soft-launched in December with James Gunn’s animated series, Creature Commandos. Following Superman, fans can look forward to next year’s Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (based on writer Tom King and Artist Bilquis Evely’s comic book story) movie, and the Green Lantern Corps with the down-to-Earth TV series Lanterns. DC recently released new character posters for the Daily Planet crew, including David Corenswet as Clark Kent and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
