If you recall the Top 20 Adult Graphic Novels Chart for January was all about Shonen Manga and Manwha, this time we’re looking at the Superhero Graphic Novels Chart from ICv2 and Circana (formerly NPD) BookScan data for January 2025 (1/5/25 – 2/1/25). The top title was Kevin Eastman, Peter Laird, and Tom Waltz’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin.

In an area dominated by newer titles, the one title that stuck out the most was a brand-new collection from Marvel titled DOCTOR DOOM: BOOKS OF DOOM, a Six-Issue story written by Ed Brubaker and illustrated by Pablo Raimondi. Meanwhile, among the other graphic novels that made the list were repackaged older material (four DC Compact Comics and Image’s G.I. Joe Compendium).
