Capcom Unveils Onimusha: Way of the Sword

Capcom returned to show another trailer for a different project, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, which featured one of the greatest swordsmen of all time and in the Edo Period, Miyamoto Musashi. While the game won’t be released until 2026, Onimusha: Way of the Sword’s new trailer shows off its sword-based action gameplay and its giant enemies. According to IGN, Musashi’s face has been modeled after Toshiro Mifune, a legendary actor who is known for his roles in such films as Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, and Rashomon. Capcom also announced that it will release a remaster of Onimusha 2: Samurai’s Destiny on May 23, 2025. Onimusha: Way of the Sword will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2026.

Five Nights at Freddy’s: Secrets of the Mimic Scares Up New Animatronics

PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR 2 are about to get even more frightening as Five Nights at Freddy’s brings us another tale of horror and despair with Secret of the Mimic. It will be released on June 13, 2025.

Sonic Racing: Crossworlds Annoumced

Sonic and the gang are back once again for a new racing adventure, the first racing-themed game since 2019’s Team Sonic Racing titled Sonic Racing: Crossworlds. In this new game, players will be able to play as iconic Sonic Characters, take advantage of a new type of Racing Mechanic, and have access to a brand-new dimension. Sonic Racing: Crossworlds will be released digitally and physically on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and Nintendo Switch at a later date. A closed network test is set for February 21.

Tides of Annihilation Revealed

Tides of Annihilation is a brand-new single-player, narrative-driven action-adventure game that has fans and news websites in awe. It has been described best as blending “intense, breakneck combat, an immersive narrative, and an unforgettable setting.” No release date was given, but it will be released for the following: PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S.

Tides of Annihilation is a single-player, narrative-driven title set in a twisted version of modern London cataclysmically altered by an otherworldly invasion. Taking on the role of Gwendolyn, humanity’s lone survivor, players embark on a legendary quest through London’s iconic environs to unravel a mystery that will determine the fate of reality itself. Battling alongside summonable spectral knights, players will encounter hordes of enemies, unforgettable bosses, and vertical levels in the form of gigantic knights roaming the landscape.

Digimon Story Time Stranger is set for launch in 2025 for PlayStation 5

Digimon fans will have plenty to celebrate with this new announcement, Digimon Story: Time Stranger is a brand-new JRPG where players will switch between both the human world and the Digital World, collecting and training Digimon along the way to “stop the collapse of the world and change fate itself.” Digimon Story Time Stranger is set to be released at a later date in 2025 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
