Back-to-school may be upon us, but our friends at the Bell County Comic-Con have the cure for the blues. It was the eighth annual Bell County Comic-Con at the Cadence Center (formerly The Bell County Expo Center) held in Belton Texas.

This year’s comic-con brought out some talented creators and cosplayers, ranging from a variety of nerd-related favorites, anime cosplayers (such as My Hero Academia, Danganronpa, Dragon Ball Super), Superheroes (Deadpool, Spider-Man, X-Men, Batman), and even Indie Animation favorites that included Helluva Boss, The Amazing Digital Circus, and The Hazbin Hotel. Listed below are some talented cosplayers that I had the privilege of meeting. Also, a big salute to the Personal Hygiene Man for reminding us to be sure to bring some extra hygiene products during a convention.
The convention also brought out some great guests that ranged from Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite, The Benchwarmers, Blades of Glory), Billy West (Futurama, Doug, Ren & Stimpy, Disenchantment), Jim Cummings (Winnie the Pooh, Darkwing Duck, Lion King) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Guest appearances as well, including TMNT Co-Creator Kevin Eastman. The convention continues tomorrow, if you live in the area, be sure to check it out at the Cadence Center, located at 301 W Loop 121. For more information, head over to the official website!
