Our new Heroines are getting a brand-new movie! The 21st series in the Precure franchise, Wonderful Precure! Is preparing to leap into the video game realm in Wonderful Precure! The Movie! Dokidoki ♡ Game no Sekai de Daibouken! (Heart-Pounding- A Great Adventure In The World of Games!) and it is set to make its debut in theaters on September 13.
In a new press release from Toei, there will be two teams that will be joining the new film, Witchy Precure! (13th Series) and Soaring Sky Precure! (20th Series) will be joining forces with the Wonderful Precure team. Fun fact according to Crunchyroll, Witchy Precure! Will be getting a sequel series in 2025.
Two trailers were shared on the Official Precure YouTube Channel, both offered a clip of the film’s new ending theme titled Happy≒Future performed by Moeha Mochimoto (Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure movie, Platinum End, Wonderful Pretty Cure!) and Chihaya Yoshitake (Star☆Twinkle Pretty Cure, Sky! Pretty Cure, Love Live! Superstar!!). For the first time performing together, Ami Ishii and Rie Kitagawa will perform the Insert Song titled Daisuki no Kizuna. The CD for both singles will be available in Japan on September 11, 2024, a simultaneous release set to go with the film’s soundtrack album.
The First Slam Dunk’s unit director, Naoki Miyahara will be directing the new Wonderful Precure! Film. Yoichi Kato (Aikatsu!, Yokai Watch) will write the screenplay, and Risa Miyatani (Akaitsu Planet!) will be handling the character designs. Listed below are the staff list:
