Breaking news coming in from Toei today, the upcoming double-billed summer films for Kamen Rider Gotchard and Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger titles have been revealed, along with two stunning new visuals ahead of next month’s premiere (July 26).
The first reveal was Kamen Rider Gotchard, the film’s new title, Kamen Rider Gotchard: The Future Daybreak, and a visual tease of the return of Kamen Rider Legend and the debut of the Gigant Liner! A fascinating nod to Kamen Den-O’s DenLiner. But this also offers a parallel view of what Future Gotchard’s world looks like, along with Gotchard’s allies (including Kamen Rider Valvarad and Kamen Rider Majade). Houtaro and Rinne travel through space and time to find a devastated future where they meet Houtaro’s future self, Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak, and find themselves in the final battle turned into an All-Out War to seize the Gatcha Future! Toei also released a first look at Gotchard’s Movie Exclusive Form, Kamen Rider Miracle Gotchard!
Next up, it’s Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger! The new visual practically leaps off the page! Giving it a familiar Comic Book Page vibe. The new title for this film is Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger: Theater Boon, Promise the Circuit! In a new press release from Toei, our heroes may be in one of the biggest fights of their lives, the new visual foreshadowing a major incident that will shake the world! And to make matters worse, the Circuit has turned into a Kurumaju thanks to Great Space Invasion Running Team Hashiryan! Can the Boonboomgers protect the Earth and Princess Nicola from Team Hashiryan and their new general, Catching Captain Damon Thunder!
The 48th entry into the Super Sentai Franchise, Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger is the Fifth Sentai Team in the Reiwa Era, following other Reiwa Sentai Heroes such as Mashin Sentai Kiramager, Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, Avataro Sentai Donbrothers, and Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Gotchard was the 38th entry into the Kamen Rider Franchise and the fifth rider to be in the Reiwa Era, following other riders such as Kamen Rider Zero-One, Kamen Rider Saber, Kamen Rider Revice, and Kamen Rider Geats.
