The 2nd Annual Billy Kametz 120 Star Challenge Raises Over $18K for Charity

It was certainly one of the most thrilling charity game-a-thons of 2024. The Second Annual Billy Kametz 120 Star Challenge happened today and Billy’s friends raised over $18k for the Colon Cancer Coalition!

If you recall the recent announcement, the annual memorial fundraiser shared a fun list of games, ranging from Super Mario Bros to Mario Party, and finishing it off with an exciting bout of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, last year the fundraiser raised $16,000, this year it has raised $18,177! A new record for the 120 Star Challenge, congratulations to the team, and a special thanks to those who made it possible.

Also, there is a special memorial page dedicated to Billy Kametz, where you can donate to the cause. Billy Kametz was well-known not only for his iconic voice acting but he was known for being a great person with a bright smile, a great friend, and a hero to many. He was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer in April 2022 and passed away on June 9, 2022.
