We have seen plenty of larger-than-life battles and thrilling moments, but this news from Akita Shoten has us asking for more! Keisuke Itagaki’s BAKI has conquered a new milestone of 100 Million Copies in Circulation!

It has been confirmed that it has reached over 100 Million Copies in circulation and to celebrate the occasion, the Official BAKI YouTube Channel has released a special promotional video, showcasing well-known battles that have taken place in the manga featuring a song from the Metalcore band, Crossfaith titled HEADSHOT! (The Album, AЯK, Goes On Sale on June 26.) it also includes narration by Akio Otsuka (BAKI, One Piece, Shangri-La Frontier).
Speaking of Yujiro, the K18 yellow gold figure of Yujiro Hanma will also be available in a limited edition of 30. The price is 3,850,000 yen (24,600 USD). The silver SV925 (rhodium-plated) version is limited to 100 pieces and will sell for 385,000 yen (2,460 USD). Pre-orders will be accepted on U-TREASURE from May 21 to August 15, 2024, and shipments are expected to begin on November 22, 2024.

Baki the Grappler was originally serialized in the Shonen magazine, Weekly Shonen Champion from 1991 to 1999 and collected into 42 Tankobon volumes. The series inspired five sequels: Baki (1999 to 2005), Baki Hanma (2005 to 2012), Baki-Dou (2014 to 2018), Bakidou (2018 to 2023), Baki Rahen (2023), and one spin-off manga titled Gaiden. The series also consists of two OVAs, two anime adaptations, a video game adaption, and two mobile games. Two Baki anime adaptions are coming, the first adaption is based on Baki-Dou and the other is a special crossover film titled Baki Vs. Kengan Ashura, available on Netflix on June 6.
