Voice Actress Rachael Lillis Is Raising Money For Medical Bills

The Voice Acting Community is on alert after the news of a fellow voice actor currently living in a nursing home facility since January. Rachael Lillis has been living at the facility due to being unable to walk due to Cancer. Now, a GoFundMe has been launched to help her pay for her Medical Bills and to hire a home care nurse.

With many fans familiar with Lillis’s work, she has been a pillar of the voice-acting community. She has voiced in several notable series such as Revolutionary Girl Utena, Winx Club, and Pokémon, where she has voiced Misty and Team Rocket’s Jessie. Two of her Pokémon Anime colleagues, Eric Stuart and Veronica Taylor shared their thoughts on the announcement and shared their support for her.

Rachael’s sister shared a status update on Rachael’s health, her breast cancer has spread to her spine, causing Lillis to be unable to walk on her own. She has been staying since late January and has opened a home care nurse to cook some simple meals, help her shower, and give her medication. The GoFundMe  at $12k, almost halfway to its 20k Goal. *UPDATE* The GoFundMe Campaign has reached its Goal! It is currently at $21k!
