Fight fans, if you want more Baki action, TMS Entertainment answered the call! TMS Entertainment released a brand-new teaser trailer for the upcoming animated adaptation of Keisuke Itagaki’s Baki-Dou, the fourth major story arc in this Martial Arts title.

After the thrilling conclusion of the Strongest Parent / Child Quarrel, Baki Hanma and his fellow fighters are overcome with malaise, until they meet the Edo Period’s legendary swordsman, Musashi Miyamoto, who was brought back to modern-era Japan through cloning and necromancy at a secret base located 364 meters beneath Tokyo Sky Tree. At this time, there isn’t any new information about the release date or cast information.

Baki-Dou was first serialized in Akita Shoten’s Weekly Shonen Champion Magazine in March 2014 and ended in April 2018, and would be collected into 22 tankobon volumes. In 2018, Media Do International announced a new licensing deal involving Keisuke Itagaki’s Baki manga series. While we wait for new information on the new anime series, the most anticipated anime crossover will be taking place on Netflix, and that will finally see two titans in the Martial Arts Manga genre clash! Baki vs. Kengan Ashura will premiere on June 6 on Netflix.
