Arcane Season Two Picks Up Fall 2024 Release Window

The Emmy award-winning animated series, Arcane is preparing to make a big return in November 2024. According to the recent press release, Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, and Katie Leung are set to reprise their roles in the sophomore season as Vi, Jinx, and Caitlyn Kiramman. Arcane is an animated series based on the MOBA Game, League of Legends.

Avatar The Last Airbender Gets A Brand-New Trailer

The long-awaited live-action adaptation of Nickelodeon’s Avatar the Last Airbender finally got a brand-new trailer. The series is set to premiere on February 22, 2024.  In addition to Gordon Cormier as Aang, Katara is played by Kiawentiio while Ian Ousley plays Sokka and Dallas Liu plays Zuko. The cast also includes Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as General Iroh.

Blood of Zeus Season Two Gets a First Look and a New Clip

Blood of Zeus is coming back for another season and fans shared their excitement as Netflix released two new videos to highlight what will be coming up in 2024. The first video was an exclusive first look, showing Heron reflecting on his battle with Seraphim and the battle for Mount Olympus. The second season premieres in May 2024.

Robbie and Stephen Amell Make Their Return In Code 8 Sequel

The Amells are back for more superhero action in a sequel to their crowdfunded film, Code 8. According to a press release from Entertainment Weekly, it picks up after the events of the first movie. Connor (Robbie Amell) now works as a janitor and attempts to distance himself from Garrett (Stephen Amell). But when a 14-year-old named Pav (Sirena Gulamgaus) is targeted by corrupt police officers after investigating the wrongful death of her brother, Connor is forced to re-team with Garrett, the person who destroyed his life, to help the young girl. Code 8 Part II will be released in 2024.

Dead Boy Detectives Make The Leap From MAX to Netflix

It was one of the biggest announcements from Geeked Week, which was originally set to premiere on Warner Bros Discovery’s MAX service has made a surprise appearance on Netflix. Based on the characters made by Neil Gaiman and Matt Wagner, Dead Boy Detectives was moved to Netflix due to the fact it did not fit the new direction for Max-DC content being spearheaded by James Gunn and Peter Safran. It makes sense to have Dead Boy Detectives on Netflix due to other adaptations of Vertigo’s Comic Books Sweet Tooth, and The Sandman are currently airing on Netflix. No release date has been announced yet.
