Marvel Reveals The Ultimate Universe, Blood Hunt, and More!




Following up on the announcement regarding The Amazing Spider-Man: Gang War and Wolverine: Sabretooth War, Marvel announced a treasure trove of new events and titles that will be coming our way in 2024. Spinning out of Jonathan Hickman’s Ultimate Universe comes three new Ultimate titles! Joining Hickman are Marco Chechetto (Ultimate Spider-Man), Bryan Hill and Stefano Caselli (Ultimate Black Panther), and Peach Momoko (Ultimate X-Men). Jonathan Hickman and Stefano Caselli’s Ultimate Universe will be available on November 1st, and the other three titles will launch in early 2024.
Meanwhile, the comic book publisher also announced several new events and titles that will be coming up, which are listed below:
- Jonathan Hickman and Valerio Schiti’s Mythology-Shattering Series G.O.D.S Gets a New Trailer

Ghost Machine Officially Launches at NY Comic-Con
Considered to be the first of its kind, Ghost Machine made its debut at New York Comic-Con. This company is Creator-Owned and Operated, consisting of Jason Fabok, Gary Frank, Bryan Hitch, Geoff Johns, Lamont Magee, Francis Manapul, Brad Meltzer, Peter J. Tomasi, and Maytal Zchut. Each creator is best known for their work with big publishers such as DC, Marvel, and Image. For more on this monumental announcement, head over to Image for further details.
The Exes Gather Together In Scott Pilgrim Takes Off!
Netflix released a new trailer during their panel, according to Anime News Network, Showrunners Bryan Lee O’Malley and Bendavid Grabinski confirmed at New York Comic Con that Julian Cihi voices the Katayanagi Twins (Kyle and Ken). Scott Pilgrim Takes Off debuts on Netflix on November 17th.
Superheroes and Hellish Delight! Prime Video Showcases Invincible Season Two and Hazbin Hotel!


Superheroes and Demons, which was one of the themes of Amazon’s Panel focused on two creator-owned properties, Invincible (Based on the Comic Book series by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley) and Vivienne Medrano’s Hazbin Hotel. Hazbin Hotel released a new clip and cast list for the upcoming series, coming to Prime in January 2024.

Next up was a brand-new trailer for Invincible’s Second Season, Mark Grayson is facing new threats and struggling with his father’s legacy (speaking of Omni-Man, a new trailer was released for his upcoming DLC appearance in Mortal Kombat One!) The first four episodes of Season 2 will debut on Prime Video on Nov. 3, and the remaining four episodes will be released in early 2024.
Yen Press Licenses Sword Art Online Progressive Canon of the Golden Rule Manga, Classroom for Heroes Light Novels, and 13 Other Titles

Following up on Viz Media’s license announcement, Yen Press announced their license slate which includes manga such as Sword Art Online Progressive: Cannon of the Golden Rule, Trinity Seven -Revision-, and Light Novels such as Classroom for Heroes, Amalgam Hound, and more.
