Fist of The North Star Horuko no Ken Announced for 40th Anniversary

Starting the week with the recent announcement involving the iconic manga series created by Buronson and Tetsuo Hara, Fist of the North Star. According to Crunchyroll’s Joseph Luster, it will be getting a new anime adaptation with a new voice cast included, with Warner Bros. Japan is handling the production. Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba Gets a New Game with a Board Game-Themed Style

Have you ever wanted a Demon Slayer-themed Board Game? Well, you’re in luck! Because Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — Mezase! Saikyo TaishiIs your game! In this new game, players will be able to access memorable locations from Demon Slayer and play as characters such as Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, Nezuko, and more. It is set to debut on Nintendo Switch in 2024 and will also be available in North America and Europe.

Sonic Frontiers The Final Horizon DLC Is Teased In A New Trailer

A new trailer was recently released that featured artwork from Evan Stanley and showcased Knuckles, Tails, and Amy in action as playable characters in the newest storyline. The update will also feature a massive Titan boss and a brand-new Super Sonic transformation that utilizes cyber corruption.

Jujutsu Kaisen Vol. 20 Debuts at No. 1 in August’s Circana Bookscan Chart for Adult Graphic Novels

Following the recent NY Times Best Seller List for Graphic Novels and Manga article, the newest Circana Bookscan Chart was released with Jujutsu Kaisen Vol. 20 taking the No. 1 spot. Also making its debut this month was Koma Warita’s Miraculous: The Tales of Lady Bug & Cat Noir Vol. 1. For more information on the newest bookscan chart, click here.

Princess Peach: Showtime! Gets A March Release

It was a big Nintendo Direct, bringing in new announcements such as Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door HD, F-Zero 99, and Tomb Raider 1,2, and 3 getting remastered, but it was Peach’s newest game stealing the spotlight. Princess Peach: Showtime got a new trailer, showcasing the gameplay varies depending on which transformation Peach takes. Princess Peach: Showtime! Is set to debut on Nintendo Switch on March 28th, 2024.

Resident Evil 4 Remake: Separate Ways DLC To Be Released Next Week

Following up after the Nintendo Direct, Sony’s State of Play was up next, and one of the big reveals was the newest DLC for RE 4 Remake. Separate Ways takes place during the events of Resident Evil 4, with Ada being the main focus. The DLC is set to debut next week, for more on the State of Play event, head over to IGN.

Bill Willingham Tells DC ‘You’re Fired!’ as Fables Goes Into Public Domain, DC Responds.

Bill Willingham, the creator of the long-running series titled Fables, has stated on Substack that he would be putting the iconic book series into Public Domain after claiming that DC violated their contract with the creator. Meanwhile, DC fired back with a statement “The Fables comic books and graphic novels published by DC, and the storylines, characters ,and elements therein, are owned by DC and protected under the copyright laws of the United States and throughout the world in accordance with applicable law, and are not in the public domain. DC reserves all rights and will take such action as DC deems necessary or appropriate to protect its intellectual property rights.
