A brand-new promotional video was released recently for the upcoming second season of the tv anime, BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- and things are about to get hectic.
The new season is titled BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- Hell’s Requiem, which adapts manga volumes eight through twelve and has been confirmed to have fifteen episodes. The third promotional video previewed the second season’s newest opening, which is performed by coldrain titled NEW DAWN.
The Staff and Cast are returning for the second season, Tielle will perform the ending theme song La Muse Perdue. The original Bastard!! manga was created by Kazushi Hagiwara in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1988-1989 and then later from 1997-2000, then transferred to the Ultra Jump magazine in 2000 with 27 volumes released to date. Viz Media released 19 volumes of the title in English under the name Bastard!! Season one is available now on Netflix, and Season Two will be available on July 31st.
