It’s the red-hot days of summer, and July’s New York Times Best-Sellers List for Graphic Novels and Manga is quite a scorcher! Last month, Kohei Horikoshi’s Shonen Manga, My Hero Academia Volume 34, took the No. 2 spot. This month, it was the fourth volume of Rachel Smythe’s Beloved Webtoon series, Lore Olympus, that took the spot. Meanwhile, Akira Toriyama and Toyotarou’s Dragon Ball Super Vol. 18 sits comfortably at No. 7, with Tatsuki Fujimoto’s Goodbye, Eri has an explosive debut at No. 8, and finally, Koyoharu Gotouge’s Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Vol. 1 hold’s the line at No. 10.
As for the latter half, we had a fine selection of Graphic Novels for kids, it isn’t a completely dominant run for Dav Pilkey’s Dog Man series like last month. It has more of a more diverse selection, including Tui T. Sutherland, and Mike Holmes‘ Fifth and Sixth Books from their Wings of Fire Graphic Novel Series, Moon Rising, and The Dragonet Prophecy, and FGTeeV’s Out Of Time Adventure book .
Granolah and Goku’s battle reaches its climax! And Granolah is willing to put his life on the line to take Vegeta down with him too! But Monaito has an important tale for all three fighters—the truth about what happened on planet Cereal all those years ago…
