June 2023 Nintendo Direct: What Was Announced And More.

It was a day that Mario fans were ecstatic about. The newest Nintendo Direct premiered and it brought tears to the eyes of many. From Super Mario RPG Remake to Super Mario Bros. Wonder, here’s what is coming your way soon!

Super Mario Bros. Wonder

We’re starting the coverage off with Nintendo’s newest 2D Mario Game, Super Mario Bros. Wonder. One of the bigger surprises of the game was Mario’s newest form, turning into an Elephant! Another is the Wonder Flower, which changes things such as the terrain and the Pipes to come to life. For playable characters, Daisy will be joining Mario, Luigi, Toad, Peach, and Yoshi. Wonder comes to the Switch on October 20th, 2023.

Detective Pikachu Returns

It has been a while since we have seen a new Detective Pikachu game, and Nintendo has answered the call with Detective Pikachu Returns. We’re finally getting a chance to dive deeper into the Detective’s origins and solve mysteries in Ryme City. Join Tim Goodman and other Pokemon to solve this new case on October 6th.

Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1

This previously announced title has now been confirmed for the Nintendo Switch, the collection will include Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. It will also include a screenplay book containing in-game text of each title, and a master book detailing the story and characters. It will be available for the Switch on October 24th, 2023.

Wario Ware: Move It!

That dastardly Wario is getting another game and this time players will have to get up on their feet to compete in 200 wild and crazy microgames. Up to four players can play all at once and have a chance to be ridiculous as possible. Wario Ware: Move It! Will debut on November 6th.

Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors is finally coming to the Nintendo Switch. It will feature a four-player co-op mode and will benefit from a multitude of expansions that were released in the past year. Local co-op will also be added to the existing versions of Vampire Survivors. It’ll arrive as a free update on August 17 on PC, Steam Deck, Xbox, and mobile. The Game will also launch on August 17th.
