The past few days have been eventful in the comic book world, one of the Big Two Publishers DC Comics has been on a roll with monumental announcements such as Milestone makes its Triumphant return, Zack Snyder’s Justice League “The Snyder Cut” is getting a new Trailer on Valentines Day, Wonder Girl: The Series doesn’t get picked up by CW, DC’s Asian Superheroes gets a Special Comic.

Milestone makes its Triumphant Return with Infinite Edition and three new mini-series.
One of the biggest takeaways from the DC May 2021 Solicitations was the return of Milestone Media! That’s right the Milestone imprint is coming back with an Infinite Edition, a Digital-First that is an “Extended Cut” that combines the original 17-page comic with an additional 24 pages of completely new material written by Reginald Hudlin and drawn by artists Denys Cowan, Nikolas Draper-Ivey, Bill Sienkiewicz, and more. Infinite Edition #0 will be released on February 26th, 2021, also included is “Milestone Mondays” beginning in April 2021 with three brand new mini-series focuses on the following heroes: Static, Hardware, and, Icon and Rocket. Zack Snyder’s Justice League “The Snyder Cut” teases a brand new trailer for Valentine’s Day
In January, we’ve seen new promotional images for the new Snyder Cut of Justice League but this time we finally got a good look at Darkseid, Snyder recently shared a new teaser for a brand new trailer coming up on Valentine’s Day. Also, Zack recently shared a brand new teaser an hour ago, this time highlighting the Justice League in action.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be released on March 18th, 2021.

CW Network passes on Wonder Girl Series.

Recently confirmed via Twitter by Queen of the South’s Dailyn “La Jefa” Rodriguez that the CW Network passed on the Wonder Girl series, in November 2020 there was confirmation that a new Wonder Girl series was in development by Greg Berlanti according to entertainment websites such as Variety. Originally, the series would focus on the new wonder girl, Yara Flor, a Latina Dreamer who was born of an Amazonian Warrior and a Brazilian River God. She learns that she is Wonder Girl and with her newfound power must fight the evil forces that would seek to destroy the world.

DC Celebrates Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with “DC FESTIVAL OF HEROES: The Asian Superhero Celebration“
Another series that announced was a special 90-page Comic titled “DC FESTIVAL OF HEROES: The Asian Superhero Celebration.” A press release that follows a celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month (May 2021) brings writers such as Gene Luen Yang, Mariko Tamaki, Minh Lê, and artists such as Bernard Chang, Marcio Takara, Dustin Nguyen, Trung Le Nguyen, and Francis Manapul together for a monumental special, you can read more here.
