The publisher that promised the readers to “expect more” with its debut comic book magazine lineup in 2018 will be publishing its second wave of Titles coming this spring. When Ahoy launched in 2018 it brought in four new acclaimed titles that were far different from what we see in the industry today, other than stories it offered things like Poetry, Prose Fiction, and cartoons from different Cartoonists and writers. Their Second wave will be available both in Comic Bookstores and Comixology, what it will offer this time will be more stories, poetry, Prose, recipes, and now Crossword Puzzles.
If you aren’t familiar with Ahoy Comics, it is led by Hart Seely, a reporter whose humor and satire has appeared in the New York Times and National Public Radio. Also on Seely’s team is two original editors from DC Comics, Vertigo imprint Tom Peyer and Stuart Moore; followed by Chief Creative Officer Frank Cammuso.
